At Texas Foot Orthotics, we believe in making your shopping experience as simple and hassle-free as possible. That’s why we proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, your custom orthotics will be fabricated and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

We select the best available carrier and shipping method at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at rburton913@texasfootorthotics.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
